About Me
As a professional photographer, I shoot commercial imagery, fashion, editorial, portraiture and events, utilising my experience and ability to translate concepts into stunning imagery, from initial visuals and mood boards, through to art-direction and completion of the approved idea. In addition, I also lecture and spend some of my time tutoring photography students. Some of the many clients, corporations and organizations I've worked with are featured below.

Background
Starting out as a runner in a leading London design agency, my career quickly progressed to the design studio and then on as a sleeve designer for Island Records. It was there that I became involved in marketing and my inherent ability to articulate and create stylized visual concepts led me to be employed by Sony Music as Artist Development Manager. I created many critically acclaimed advertising and marketing campaigns and commissioned ground breaking music videos most notably for Terence Trent D’arby, Cypress Hill, Flowered Up, The Clash and Def Jam Recordings. This continuing success enabled my career progression as Creative Director of Warner Music.
My experience and talent for conceptual art direction led to further success with a myriad of international music artists and after consecutive spells at EMI and Universal, I set up my own independent advertising agency, Solar Creative, in London’s Soho district in the early 2000’s. It was here that I began to work with Destiny’s Child and Lauryn Hill as art-director and I was fortunate enough to win two CAD (Creative & Design) awards for my conceptual work on Lauryn Hill's 5 x Grammy winning 'Miseducation of Lauryn Hill' campaign for Sony Music.
In 2010 and After 8 years of running the agency and 20 years in the music industry, I devoted my time fully to photography.
